This is where I started my nursing career as a novice nurse and progressed towards a proficient Critical Care and Rapid Response nurse. Working at a close-knit community hospital, I was privileged to care for patients from all walks of life, and learn all about preventable economic disparities that often burdens our provincial healthcare system.
